Volunteer Application

Must be 18 years of age or older. 

Required to mentor, chaperone on field trips, and volunteer virtually or in-person throughout the school/district interacting with students.

Authorizes consent to run a criminal history check based on a social security number.  Other forms of identification, such as a Consular ID Card or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), are not acceptable.  Please type your legal name as it appears on the social security number.

Family Center Volunteer Application

Required for volunteers who will be serving in the Family Center only.  Does not require a social security number or criminal history check.  *If you would like to serve in the Family Center AND BEYOND the Family Center, you must complete the Volunteer Application. 

One-time Volunteer Application (Presenter/Speaker)

One-time voluntary presenters/speakers who will not be working directly with students and will be supervised at all times by Alief ISD staff.

Otras formas de identificación, como una tarjeta de identificación consular o Número de Identificación de Contribuyente (TIN), no son aceptables. Escriba el nombre legal tal como aparece en la tarjeta de seguro social.

Centro de Familia Aplicación de Voluntario

Requerido para los voluntarios que van a servir solo en el centro de familia. No requiere un número de seguro social o una verificación de historia criminal. *Si le gustaría servir en el centro de familia Y AFUERA del centro de familia en la escuela, debe completar la Solicitud de Voluntario.
